City at Night
Video fragments were projected onto the windows of the showroom.
With a computerprogram he personally developed, Geert Mul cuts and edits two hour nightly captures of the city of Rotterdam into seven hour digital film. ‘City At Night’ reacts to the noises of the city. The chat of bypassers and passing cars. An analogy for a dreaming city.

An abstract poster series of one’s and zero’s. Through four films and two colour printing, they can be combined with each other in all possible ways during the printing process resulting in sixteen different digital posters.
