Since 2016 MAMA is in a partnership with Piet Zwart Institute’s Fine Arts Master. By working together closely with graduating artists, we help develop the student’s graduation presentations on a substantive and productional level, location and promotion included.

This partnership has resulted the following projects:

2016: Assemble Relatives
2017: Crooked Elbow, Serpent Brain
2018: Tripping Autonomy
2019: Midnight Sunburn

“Having collaborated with MAMA over the past three years, I am deeply indebted to our strongest and most visible advocate in Rotterdam for young artist, like those  enrolled in the Piet Zwart Institute. I can attest first hand to the seriousness and diligence with which MAMA’s team approaches the range of professional, institutional responsibilities that cultivate and support talent development. Working with young artists requires great sensitivity and flexibility, as well as the confidence and ability to prioritize the aesthetic, cultural, social, political interests and agendas of producers.”
