MaMA 

Friday Night at Ours is a comfy ‘n cozy series of gatherings that focus on the art of making people feel at home. During each Kunstavond MaMA’s public engagement team (the hosts) will facilitate an event inspired by the many ways people gather at their house; a dinner, a birthday party, a game night and so on…This is not your normal exhibition visit, during Kunstavond you can experience our institution in a different light – whether we’re in the middle of building up or in the midst of a full-blown exhibition – on Kunstavond MaMA’s showroom feels like stepping into a friend’s home.

Please feel welcome, little visitors, to step into our house again. Tonight you are invited for our new exhibition and crip playground And I’ll Be Back to Perform Health for You. Join our taste-test of special drinks, created to be paired with the exhibited pieces and discover how art transforms as your palate comes into play. Perhaps the drink will reveal something you hadn’t noticed before. A ghost from the past or a ghost within you? Is our showroom a space you might like to haunt too? Unveil your inner vampire(s), capture it with a photo or a drawing and add it to the growing visitor portrait collection.
